Terms & Conditions for all Sketchy Tours are undergoing updates for contemporary travel conditions.
Sketchy Art & Culture Tours reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
1. There is a deposit required to hold each reservation. Discounts may be available for early registration and/ or payment in full.
2. Deadlines for payments are defined in each tour description.
3. Sketchy Art & Culture Tours reserves the right to cancel reservations not paid in full by payment deadlines without refund of payments.
4. Travel insurance that suits your needs is highly recommended.
5. Additional travel assistance services from Sketchy Art & Culture Tours before, during, or after a tour is available at additional cost.
6. A minimum number of reservations are required to confirm each Sketchy Tour. In the event this number is not met Sketchy Art & Culture Tours reserves the right to offer a reconfigured tour or cancel any tour. In the event Sketchy Tours cancels a tour, Sketchy Tours will provide a full refund.
7. In the event of a venue cancellation, Sketchy Art & Culture Tours reserves the right to offer guests with reservations a reconfigured tour for the same dates in place of a cancellation or refund.
8. Any and all payments made after a tour is confirmed are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is greatly encouraged.
9. No discounts are provided for partial attendance.
10. Additional transportation due to late arrival or early departure is the responsibility of the guest(s) and may not be available through Sketchy Art & Culture Tours. Changes or modifications to planned itineraries should be communicated to Sketchy Tours as early as possible to coordinate plans.
11. Minors must travel with a guardian.
12. Itineraries including arrival and departure times, locations, and other information must be provided by guest(s) to assure pick up and drop off of guest(s) by Sketchy Tours.
13. Sketchy Art & Culture Tours manages arrival and departure services as specified in each tour description.
14. Sketchy Art & Culture Tours is not responsible for transportation problems such as equipment problems, strike or work interruptions by government or other agencies, weather, or any acts of God that disrupt travel and does not provide refund for any of these problems. Make sure your travel insurance provides you with the coverage you feel you need.
15. Sketchy Art & Culture Tours reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
16. Airfare is not included in any tour fees.
17. Sketchy Tours reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to remove guests from any tour, at their expense, for safety, legal, or other reasons to insure the safety of our guests.
18. Custom Tours not listed on www.sketchytours.com can be arranged through Sketchy Art & Culture Tours.
