Marianne

the top of the list of Filloux priorities. Vacations were spent in La Creuse, Provence and Mexico. Favorite moments were spent exploring Romanesque
Churches, Modern Museums, climbing Mayan pyramids and building elaborate sand
castles. Her mother who was educated at les Beaux Arts in Paris immersed
Marianne in the world of art.
Marianne pursued a BA in Fine Arts at UC Davis, an MFA at Montana State
University in Painting and Printmaking and received her certification in K- 12
Art education. Over a long career in teaching Marianne has taught art making to
students from 3 years to 93 years.
One of her most loved possessions is 2-shelves-worth of sketchbooks.
